12 volt power socket

Today I have fitted an Anderson socket on the van,this enables me to give or have a jump start with out having to unpack and lift the floor.I have tested the set up and all is ok.Cheers jim.

Power socket.

Hi Jim,

I take it your battery is in behind the passenger seat under the floor like my first Bedford CF, I have the a hatch in the top step of this campervan which has just a lift out panel so access it very easily.
That socket is a very good idea and as you say will save you having move stuff out of the way to get to your battery.

Hi Doug, my battery well is behind the passenger seat with a wooden trap.As I fitted a larger battery I had to fetal with it to get it in(no change there then)lol).Anyway all seemes well.CheersJIm.
