Cheese sauce

If your cheese sauce goes lumpy like mine did three times over, check to see if your cornflour is two years out of date too!

oh and i have to tell you a tip for the bast garlic mushrooms on toast..

Cut chestnut/cup mushrooms in half, cook on medium heat in some melted butter with some sea salt and pepper in a frying pan. When they are looking gorgeous (about 5-10 mins), crush some garlic with the back of a knife, add another large nob of butter to the pan and then add the garlic with some fresh lemon thyme and when the butter is melted then put them on toast and drizzle the garlicky butter over the top. The trick is to add the garlic at the end as it doesnt get all bitter and over done.

Breakfast for a king and queen.

An easy way to make garlic mushrooms

Use large mushrooms, pull out stalk and chop them up and put into mushroom
Put a knob of butter in mushroom, some garlic salt, then grate some cheese, add some bread crumbs.
Put in microwave and zap for a minute or so...voila gorgeous as a starter.

I saw that house at the estate agents. It said 'complete, including fitted kitchen with a light bright airy aspect, situated in a popular area.

no... i cook only over an open fire and i light it by rubbing two sticks together...i find the food tastes so much better when you spend half an hour bent forward rubbing furiously
