Frost.

Hi to all,

15* degres of frost last night but the old Bedford started and warmed up just fine, no wheels to be seen and exhaust pipe melting a hole in the snow.
And it is jacked up on blocks, the globe is not warming where I live and we have polar bears living very happily just sixty miles north on the A9.

Hi Doug,on our drive we have our old CF,a 1.6 Astra van with a carb and a 03 plate London Taxi fitted with a Ford diesel engine.
Last week when the weather was at it's worst the 2 oldies started almost straight away but the cab refused to go for 2 days and now it has started the auto box refuses to change gear automatically untill it has done 20 miles or more!
So much for modern technology lol.

Hi Lyndel,

I have noticed it is the same for older workers always looking for that next job, while the younger ones are looking for a reason not to work at all.
